BikeRevive provides bicycle repair, restoration, maintenance services, and related products ("Services"). All descriptions of Services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any Service at any time;

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time;

  • Limit quantities of any Service or product;

  • Adjust pricing at our discretion.

3.2 Service Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided through the Website are estimates based on visible damage or described issues. Final costs may vary upon physical inspection. We will obtain your approval before proceeding with work that exceeds the quoted amount by more than 15%.

4. Orders and Payment Methods

4.1 Payment Methods

​

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express);

  • Payconiq

  • PayPal;

  • Bank transfer (for services over €150);

  • Cash (in-store only);

  • Gift vouchers issued by BikeRevive.

All payments are processed in Euros (EUR). Prices are inclusive of applicable Luxembourg VAT unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required before the release of completed bicycles or products;

  • For projects exceeding €500, a deposit of 50% may be required before work begins;

  • Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing;

  • Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 8% per annum (or the maximum rate permitted by Luxembourg law).

4.3 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability or errors in pricing.

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

​

5.1 Repair and Service Warranty

We provide the following limited warranties:

  • Repair Services: 30-day warranty on labor for the specific repair performed;

  • Replacement Parts: Warranty as provided by the manufacturer (typically 1-2 years);

  • Restoration Services: 90-day warranty on labor and materials used in restoration projects.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. It does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or negligence;

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties;

  • Corrosion or damage due to improper storage.

5.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5.3 Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by Luxembourg law, BikeRevive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Website or Services;

  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and personal information;

  • Any errors or omissions in any content or Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service or product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, software, and the compilation thereof ("Content"), is the property of BikeRevive or its licensors and is protected by Luxembourg and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without express written permission;

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Website.
